Overview

merra is a conversational interviewer for first-round hiring. You set up an interview in minutes: add the role and description, choose up to five focus areas (technical skills, communication, problem solving, professionalism, cultural fit), pick duration (1015 minutes), and tune the voice, tone, language, opening line, and follow-up style. Questions can be auto-generated or written by you, and you can set a pass threshold to flag strong submissions.Candidates complete the interview asynchronouslyno scheduling. Reviewers get a single 0100 fit score, per-area evaluation with short notes, and the full recording with a searchable transcript, so its clear why a score was given. It works on its own (CSV in/out if needed), keeps video for 30 days by default, supports transcript retention per employer policy, and sends brief, constructive feedback to every candidate.
